Radoslav Petkov

Radoslav is a recognised leader in the FMCG, retail, telecom and management consultancy sectors with over 25 years of executive managerial experience in leading growth strategies and organisational transformation.

At RLK Consulting, he is responsible for the growth, development and execution of Management and EU Funding Consulting Services across various industries with focus on healthcare, ICT, energy efficiency, architecture and construction. Initiating opportunities, shaping value propositions for new clients, organic growth in existing accounts, nurturing relationships with clients throughout projects and leading cross functional teams. Involved in originating, shaping and driving transformational strategies from inception through to budgeting, funding/financing and implementation.

Lilia Petkova

Lilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria. After her graduation in 2002, she became a Cabinet Member at Sofia-city Governor’s Office to become one of the first experts in EU policies on regional development and EU programming in Bulgaria. She is a PRINCE2® certified project management professional with over 15 years of administrative and consultancy experience in managing EU-funded projects, both public and private.

At RLK Consulting, Lilia is a natural leader and supportive manager of cross-functional teams with the dedication and drive required to succeed. Her role is to justify and set up cost-efficient projects of high value through clarity, focus and innovation. Completing projects on time, within budget, and scope is her primary goal.
